Leveling the Dynamics of Conflict Development as a Prerequisite for Resolving and Conducting Hybrid Warfare

Based on theoretical sources and examples of societal development, this article examines the dynamics of conflict evolution, emphasizing its inherently destructive nature. Through a retrospective analysis of European conflicts in the 20th century, the author demonstrates similarities in their genesis and developmental trajectories within emerging forms and types of military confrontation. The author concludes that the hybrid character of contemporary confrontations intensifies and proliferates various forms of conflict, ultimately resulting in military conflicts on a global scale. The described characteristic mechanisms of conflict emergence reveal the possibility of determining the nature of potential military confrontations and identify their primary causes, including non-compliance with contractual obligations by parties, application of "double standards," absence of preventive actions by third parties, disregard for cause-effect relationships, and relationship crises manifested through violations of moral norms, rights, and values, as well as lack of mutual respect and faith in the reliability and fairness of partners.
