Штучний інтелект та кібербезпека в умовах гібридних загроз: український досвід та регуляторні підходи

У статті досліджено взаємозв'язок між розвитком технологій штучного інтелекту (ШІ) та сучасними викликами у сфері кібербезпеки в умовах гібридної війни. Виходячи з досвіду України, яка з 2014 року перебуває у постійному стані інформаційного, кібернетичного та військового протистояння, проаналізовано використання ШІ як інструменту як захисту, так і застосування потенційних загроз. Особлива увага приділяється недосконалості існуючої нормативно-правової бази у сфері ШІ та кібербезпеки, а також пропозиціям щодо створення комплексної системи безпеки з урахуванням новітніх технологій. У статті запропоновано концептуальні та практичні підходи до вдосконалення державної політики, зокрема шляхом впровадження етичних принципів, міжвідомчої координації та адаптації міжнародного досвіду.
