Відповідальність за міжнародні злочини та інші грубі порушення прав людини в мирних переговорах між Україною та Росією та потенційній майбутній мирній угоді

У цій статті розглядається кілька основоположних питань, пов'язаних з відповідальністю за міжнародні злочини та серйозні порушення прав людини в мирних переговорах та потенційній «мирній» угоді між Україною та Росією. Після огляду озвучених до сьогодні (станом на липень 2025 року) політичних вимог Росії та різних рівнів поточного процесу притягнення до відповідальності за міжнародні злочини, стаття аналізує, як природа потенційної "мирної угоди" (включаючи питання її нікчемності) може вплинути на положення щодо питань відповідальності за міжнародні злочини. Далі стаття окреслює суть фундаментального принципу міжнародного права невтручання у внутрішні справи іншої держави (зокрема політику кримінального правосуддя). У статті також розглядаються міжнародні зобов'язання України щодо переслідування певних видів діянь, які становлять міжнародні злочини, за будь-яких обставин, (не-)припустимість амністій, потенційний вплив на юрисдикцію Міжнародного кримінального суду та відкликання вимог про репарації за найтяжчі порушення міжнародного права, включаючи міжнародні злочини.
