Abstract

In the context of the rapid complexity of economic structures and the deepening interdependence of enterprises in the global economy, the issue of organizational change management is becoming increasingly relevant. This article provides a detailed analysis of the concept of value management in enterprise development programs, considering the necessity of integrating strategic goals with operational activities. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a systemic approach to managing the values of program initiatives, ensuring their quantitative and qualitative assessment, integration into the decision-making process, and establishing interconnections between investments, obtained benefits, and the strategic goals of an organization. Unlike traditional approaches, which are mainly based on return-on-investment assessment, the proposed method includes a comprehensive classification of values (financial, non-financial, and intangible) and tools for their structuring and monitoring. Special attention is given to identifying the hierarchy of values, constructing models for their evaluation, analyzing the interrelationship between various categories of benefits and risks, and mechanisms for adapting program initiatives to changing external conditions. The article substantiates the necessity of incorporating value management into corporate management processes, which enhances enterprise adaptability and competitiveness in the market. The proposed approach can be applied in strategic enterprise management for companies implementing development programs, as well as in academic research dedicated to change management and organizational development.
