  This volume is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Ukrainian Free University in Germany, with particular emphasis on the history of its institutional development and its scholarly presence within the European academic space. The current issue contains academic articles addressing topical issues in law, economics and management, political science and history, global and national security, psychology and pedagogy, as well as art history and cultural studies. The contributions explore questions of international law and accountability for war crimes, human resources and values-based management in organizations, Ukrainian–German relations in the interwar period, the issue of Crimea’s autonomy in a European context, hybrid threats and cybersecurity, as well as personal resilience and the methodology of historical and pedagogical research. Particular attention is given to Ukrainian academic emigration, cultural heritage, and artistic processes of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.

  The 25th volume of the "Scientific Collection of the Ukrainian Free University" includes research papers on the problems of political science and history, law and philosophy, public administration and national security, economics and art history. The section on law contains reports from the international conference "Impunity is Repeating: The Holodomor and the Genocide of Russia Against the Ukrainian People Continues."
