Techniques and Technologies of Personnel Management of Diplomatic Institutions in Modern Conditions

The article examines modern approaches to personnel management in diplomatic institutions in the context of globalization, increasing competition, and public service transformation. It analyses foreign practices regarding probation periods, internships, motivation systems, and ethical regulation in diplomatic services. Special attention is given to the role of moral and psychological climate, trust levels, and the development of an innovation-oriented culture within diplomatic teams. The study outlines tools for identifying, selecting, and professionally adapting candidates for diplomatic service, including modern psychological assessment techniques, creativity management strategies, and the concept of professional compensation. The article concludes that the effectiveness of diplomatic missions depends on their capacity for innovation, teamwork, and reflective leadership.
